Life of Resilience
Resilience is good for if you are planning to do or go somewhere and
then it does not go as planned that's when resilience shows up and
you stay strong and move on.

People that have learned resilience have meanly
learned from mistakes that have happened so when
small problems show up they can get throw it and move on

Some people need other people to help learn resilience so here's
some ways that can help you.

1.Never talk to yourself bad if things don't go as planned.

2.make sure that you are always proud of yourself.

3.spend some time by yourself to get to know yourself a lot better.

4.NEVER GIVE UP

Those are some ways that you can show resilience or learn resilience.
You could work on your resilience and make it stronger.
